Good Faith Estimates & Your Rights
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who do not have health insurance or who choose not to use their insurance to pay for services have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before receiving services. If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charge.
