I’ve spent the last 10 years helping young adults navigating life’s changes, managing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD and stress. I consider it one of my greatest privileges to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward well-being. 

My Approach to Therapy

I love using dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to help my client’s set goals for themselves and empower them to reach their full potential. I offer a warm and inquisitive approach where I always respect your background and ideas. I create a safe atmosphere for you to talk about your mental health.
