Hi, I’m Jordan. I specialize in working young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress. Doomscrolling, constant stress, and big life transitions can leave you questioning your direction, your relationships, and your sense of meaning. Many young adults I work with struggle with anxiety, attachment issues, or a lingering sense of dread about the future. They want relief, clarity, and a way to feel grounded and connected again—without being told to just “think positive.”
My Approach to Therapy
I work primarily with young adults of all backgrounds using CBT and DBT grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based approach. Mindfulness is a core part of my work, helping clients slow down, understand their patterns, and respond differently to stress, anxiety, and relationships. I’m real, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you find meaning and stability during uncertain times.
