As a certified menopause coach, I specialize in supporting women going through menopause who are also dealing with anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and unhealthy lifestyle patterns.
Wellness and nutrition are central to my approach, as I believe they play a vital role in overall mental health. With advanced training as a Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional, I focus on incorporating diet and nutrition strategies to enhance mood and well-being. Hello, I'm Logan (they/them) and I'm an East Asian non-binary person who has lived insight into what it’s like to not be white, cis, or straight in Ohio. I’ve lived in the Midwest my whole life, and I also come from a background of being raised in Christian/immigrant communities. I have experience working with the following: LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, neurodivergent communities, and people living with HIV. I’ve also got experience working specifically with trans folks who are exploring their transition process. I think it's crucial to provide empowering and identity-specific therapy spaces, especially right now.
I really enjoy working with clients with depression, anxiety, general/complex trauma, religious trauma, gender dysphoria, and ADHD. You might find that my style is a very client-led and systemic trauma-informed approach. I also pull interventions from DBT, LGBTQ+ affirmative, feminist, CBT, MI, strengths-based and solution-focused theoretical orientations.
