Welcome!
Hello, I'm Jennifer and the owner of Vibrant Health Counseling. I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of Ohio with 18 years of clinical counseling experience. I'm also a certified menopause coach. I specialize in working with women with anxiety, self-esteem issues, and unhealthy lifestyle habits. I also specialize in helping women going through menopause. Wellness and nutrition are special interest areas as I believe they are essential components of overall health. I have special training in looking at ways to integrate diet and nutrition in improving mood and mental health (Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional).
My approach to therapy
We will work together toward your goals as I gently challenge any negative mindsets that might be holding you back. I use a combination of solution-focused, dialectical, and cognitive behavioral therapies, as well as motivational interviewing styles. I'm relaxed, down-to-earth, and inquisitive. I look forward to learning about you, the people you value, and what you want in life. You will feel heard and understood. I believe you will feel more empowered after our sessions. I also use humor on occasion, because laughter can be very therapeutic-- it often lightens up our moods and helps us keep perspective.
Hi, I'm Danielle! Are you searching for a space where you can truly be yourself and explore your identity without judgment? As a social worker specializing in LGBTQIA+, adolescent, and young adult population, I’m here to offer the support and understanding you need during this transformative time. I am dedicated to working with adolescents and young adults to navigate the complexities of self-discovery, societal pressures, and mental health.
As a queer-identified therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe and affirming space for individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations. I offer support for a wide range of concerns including life transitions, depression, adjustment disorders, family conflict, anxiety, stress management, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ specific issues.
Hi, I’m Theresa, Feeling overwhelmed by modern life? You’re not alone—and I’m here to help you find a way through it. Imagine calming your nervous system, feeling more relaxed, and confident in handling daily stress. It’s possible, and you’ve already taken the first brave step by considering counseling.
I’ve spent the last 10 years helping young adults navigating life’s changes, managing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and stress. I consider it one of my greatest privileges to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward well-being.
I love using dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to help my client's set goals for themselves and empower them to reach their full potential. I offer a warm and inquisitive approach where I always respect your background and ideas. I create a safe atmosphere for you to talk about your mental health.
Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a mental health counselor specializing in therapy for children ages 8 to 12, and their caregivers. My favorite part of working with kids is getting to see the way they navigate the world and come up with their own creative solutions to problems they face.
I want to help you, and your child learn new strategies and leave behind unhelpful behaviors to reduce anxiety or to better cope with symptoms of ADHD, OCD, and trauma. My goal in therapy is that as a team, we get to experience more joy found in successful school days, sports competitions, playdates, or family time at home and less anxiety and challenging behavior.
Hi, my name is Jenna. I've been working as a licensed counselor for 4 years with extensive experience in addictions and mental health. As a mom of two young children, I understand the balancing act that comes with being a parent as well as the need to manage anxiety. I specialize in working with moms and all women who are struggling with daily stressors with increasing anxiety and depression in their lives.
I work with clients who are striving to balance life stressors and cope effectively. I know that feeling overwhelmed can make it hard to step back and identify the root of the problem. I'm here to work through the tough issues and find a healthy balance so that you can thrive, not just survive.
Hello, I'm Logan (they/them) and I'm an East Asian non-binary person who has lived insight into what it’s like to not be white, cis, or straight in Ohio. I’ve lived in the Midwest my whole life, and I also come from a background of being raised in Christian/immigrant communities. I have experience working with the following: LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, neurodivergent communities, and people living with HIV. I’ve also got experience working specifically with trans folks who are exploring their transition process. I think it's crucial to provide empowering and identity-specific therapy spaces, especially right now.
I really enjoy working with clients with depression, anxiety, general/complex trauma, religious trauma, gender dysphoria, and ADHD. You might find that my style is a very client-led and systemic trauma-informed approach. I also pull interventions from DBT, LGBTQ+ affirmative, feminist, CBT, MI, strengths-based and solution-focused theoretical orientations.
I am a licensed independent social worker and a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor with over 16 years of experience with individuals, couples, families, and groups from many different backgrounds and settings. I specialize in addiction, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
While I use an eclectic approach, I frequently use dialectic behavior therapy (DBT ) and motivational interviewing (MI) to help my clients. I also specialize in personality disorders and have special training in Schema therapy interventions. I think you will feel I am passionate about helping you improve.
